An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Chrysler Sebring LXi Convertible with just 88k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this Sebring to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in Tan with a black top over matching tan leather interior. The finish shines nicely and looks smooth all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find much worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Sebring. The worst I can say about the exterior is that you can see a little rust present at the bottom of the right door, which is common at this age. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and tire tread is average. The convertible top looks to be in good condition. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Sebring to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets show some marks from age but are acceptable. The tan leather seats are clean, comfortable and show virtually no wear. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The power convertible top raises and lowers easily with the touch of a button. The audio system is original and sounds good through the factory speakers. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows cold. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Sebring LXi appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.7L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. If I'm being picky, you can feel a little play in the front bushings on the right side, but only over rough surfaces. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. This Sebring is an absolute pleasure to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the sole right of the seller to honor or not honor the outocome of the auction. This decision shall be made by the seller, at its sole discretion, and can be made at any time during the duration of the auction or after the auction has ended. The seller may, at its discretion, cancel any bid at any time and / or block specific members from bidding on current or future auctions. Winning Bidders must contact us by email through eBay within 48 hours of the end of the auction so there is written record of our initial communication. Please include your contact information in that email so we can reach you to discuss the logistics of getting your automobile picked up. Our normal business hours are Friday and Saturday from 9am - 2pm. Other days and time are available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to make an appointment to come pick up your vehicle so that we can accommodate you when you arrive. Full payment is due within 7 days from the end of the auction. Our preferred payment method is Cash in Person. For those customers who plan to have their vehicle shipped or cannot make it in person within 7 days, you may also pay for your vehicle by Certified Check or Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. If paying by Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer, funds must clear before your vehicle is available for release. We Do Not Accept PayPal or Credit Cards...at all...period. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange. Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery. Fees and Taxes The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle. This fee helps us isolate a few of our fixed, per transaction expenses in a way that is fair to everyone. The winning bidder is responsible for paying all required fees to their respective state of origin. We are a PennDOT issuing agent and are happy to provide low cost title / tag services to Pennsylvania Residents. *For Out-Of-State Residents, we offer a PennDOT 30 day In-Transit Tag to legally drive your vehicle to your home state.
